چکیده
Abstract The research aim was to analyze the optimum dosage of moringa seed and tamarind as an organic coagulant in removing tofu wastewater pollutants using coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation reactors. first step is manufacture by processing raw materials into powder filtered a 50 mesh filter dried. second determine 4 variations pH 5,6,7,8 NaOH solution, dosages obtained 2,3,4,5 gr/L. third stage experimental test squenching batch reactor (SBR) method with TSS COD parameter analysis. effects confirmed that had better ability than COD, highest percentage reduction at 3 gr dose seed. In addition, removal or most neutral 7-8. However, treatment either coagulation-flocculation-sedimentation one not able remove meet quality standards, so further needed.

Organic tofu using organic compatible coagulants of magnesium chloride and three polysaccharides including carrageenan, guar gum and gum Arabic were generated. For MgCl2 coagulated tofu, carrageenan significantly increased the hardness from 969.5 g to 1210.5 g whereas guar gum (0.6g) decreased the hardness to 505.5 g. Interestingly, gypsum and guar gum (0.6g) increased the yield of tofu signifi...
